Clear help, step by step
How we can help
Get help reviewing cancellation conditions for an agency-issued booking, possible travel credits and refund eligibility.
What to prepare for your call
For a new booking: cities, dates and travelers. For help with an existing ticket: reference, traveler name and the change or charge you want to review.
What to review before authorizing
Request a breakdown of the total, fare conditions and any service fee. For changes or upgrades, confirm the new itinerary or cabin and retain written confirmation.
Scope of assistance
Green Dot Travels LLC is an independent agency. Existing-booking servicing is limited to agency-issued tickets and is subject to supplier rules. An inquiry does not guarantee availability, approval of changes or a refund.
